Ordinance 181, 1907-06-10

An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 3, for the improvement of the following streets in the City of West Seattle: Railroad Avenue between the Northerly limits of Louisiana Street and the Southerly limits of Marshall Street, by grading, piling and planking the same between the said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefitted by the construction of said improvements, included within said assessment district, as shown in said Roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
