Abstract

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Pacific Avenue in the City of West Seattle between the South line of Prince Street and the North line of South Street; in said City, by clearing, grubbing, grading and parking the same and constructing cement sidewalks thereon according to plans and specifications prepared and completed by the Engineer selected by the City of West Seattle to supervise and conduct said improvement and have charge of the same, and to assess the costs and expenses thereof to the property abutting and fronting on said Avenue and to the property benefitted by said improvement, providing for the costs and expenses thereof and establishing Local Improvement District No. 9 according to the provisions of Ordinance No. 177 of said City, and providing for the payment thereof by the method of "payment by Bonds" pursuant to Statues of the State of Washington, Pierce's Code, Section 7665, and Ordinance No. 119 of said City.
