An Ordinance declaring it to be the intention of the City Council of the City of West Seattle to improve the following named Avenues and Streets in the City of West Seattle, by opening, clearing, grubbing, grading and parking the same and to assess the costs and expenses thereof to the property abutting and fronting thereon, and to the property benefitted thereby, Olympic between Whittlesey and Spencer, Vashon between Spruce and Spencer, Columbia between Spruce and Alki, Haller between Spruce and Prince, Lewis Strat between Niesz Court and Prince, Turner between Niesz Court and Prince, Princess between Baybiew and Prince, Bayview between High and Princess, Queen between high and Pincess, Prince between California and Elorus, South between California and Columbia, Spencer between California and Easterly limits of Columbia, Alki Avenue from Lewis Street to Vashon Avenue, High Street from Prince Street to Niesz Court.
