An Ordinance declaring it to be the intention of the City Council of the City of West Seattle to improve Pacific Avenue from the North line of Whittlesey Street to the East line of Grand Avenue Spruce Street from the East lie of California Avenue to the West line of Prospect Avenue Cedar Street from the East line of California Avenue to the West line Prospect Avenue by opening, clearing, grubbing, grading and parking the same and according to plans and specifications to be prepared by the Engineer in charge of said work, selected and employed by said City, and to assess the costs thereof to the property abutting on the said Avenues and Streets between the points designated, and to the property benefitted thereby, and to create a Local Improvement District.
