An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the following named and described Avenues and Streets in the City of West Seattle by opening, clearing, grubbing, grading and parking the same according to plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer and to assess the costs and expenses thereof to the abutting property and to the property benefitted by said improvements and establishing Local Improvement District No. 10, and providing for the payment thereof by the method of "Payment by Bonds", pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Washington and Ordinances of the City of West Seattle, Olympic between Whittlesey and Spencer; Vashon between Spruce and Spencer; Columbia between Spruce and Alki; Haller between Spruce and Prince; Lewis Street between Niesz Court and Prince; Turner between Niesz Court and Prince; Princess between Bayview and Prince; Bayview between High and Princess; Queen between High and Princess; Prince between California and Elorus; South between California and Columbia; Spencer between California and Easterly limits of Columbia; Alki Avenue from Lewis Street to Vashon Avenue; High Street from Prince Street to Niesz Court.
