Ordinance 193, 1907-07-08

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of California Avenue from the center of Ninth Street to the center of Thirteenth Street, in said City, by opening, clearing, grubbing, grading and parking the same, according to plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, and to assess the costs and expenses thereof to the property abutting thereon and to the property benefitted thereby, and establishing Local Improvement District No. 11, and providing for the payment thereof by the method of "Payment by Bonds", in all respects according to the Statutes of the State of Washington and the Ordinances of the City of West Seattle.
