An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 7 for the improvement of Prince Street between California Avenue and Prospect Avenue and Pacific Avenue between Prince Street and Whittlesey Street, by grading and parking said streets and by constructing cement sidewalks thereon, and to assess the cost thereof to the property abutting thereon and to the property benefitted thereby, included within said Local Improvement District, as shown in the said Assessment Roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
