Processing Information

Html files were converted to PDF format for sustainability. Attachments to emails are included when available in the email pdf. As part of the Groupwise export the body text was sometimes labeled as an attachment called TEXT.htm. Where the body text is shown, TEXT.htm is not an actual attachment, but an artifact of the migration process of export of Groupwise e-mail through Nexis Personal Publisher. MS Outlook messages were exported to PST, converted to mbox format and loaded into our archival email software ePADD.
