Rachel Smith was part of Mayor Nickels' staff as the Community Outreach Liaison/Climate Action Now Coordinator from 2007-2010. She previously worked for Transportation Choices Coalition and EOS Alliance. She graduated from Humboldt State University with a degree in Wildlife Biology.
