Contains the emails and attachments of the Central Staff Director and Central Staff Analysts. These records relate to the functions and work of Central Staff Analysts, including energy, housing, public safety, education, civil rights, land use, human services, community development, government finances and budget, transportation, sustainability, and native communities. These records include correspondence, memos, drafts, budget proposals, surveys, reports, and research in according with Central Staff Analyst functions.

Biographical

Meg Moorehead was a Central Staff Analyst from 2004-2015. joined Central Staff as a Legislative Analyst specializing in Seattle Public Utilities in May 2004. She came to the city from Snohomish County Public Works where she worked on surface water policy, watershed planning, and salmon conservation issues. She previously worked for the state of Oregon, the Muckleshoot Tribe, and King County covering energy, stormwater, and water resource planning. She received a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Oregon.
