Contains the emails and attachments of the Central Staff Director and Central Staff Analysts. These records relate to the functions and work of Central Staff Analysts, including energy, housing, public safety, education, civil rights, land use, human services, community development, government finances and budget, transportation, sustainability, and native communities. Biographical

Amy Tsai was a Supervising Central Staff Analyst from 2015-2019. She oversaw Public Safety and Health and Human Services policy analysis. Previously, she was a senior legislative analyst for the King Council Council. She received a PhD in Psychology and a Law degree, both from the University of Washington.
