Biographical / Historical

Jeff Simms was a Central Staff Analyst specializing in the issues of public health and homelessness, following the Navigation Team, an outreach program for unsheltered people from 2017-2020, and was also the Central Staff lead for Finance and Administrative Services (FAS). He previously worked at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the budget and policy offices and was the Regional Director for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago. He graduated from Loyola University, Chicago and received an MS at the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago.
