The Parks and Green Spaces Levy Citizens’ Advisory Committee was formed in 2008 when, in response to positive public feedback, the Pro Parks Levy of 2000 was renewed. City Council adopted resolution 31055 which created a twenty-eight person committee to review existing needs and to develop a potential ballot package for the Council’s consideration.
