9515-00. Citizens Transportation Advisory Committee

Formed in early 2011, the members of the Citizens Transportation Advisory Committee III were drawn from several different organizations (the Downtown Seattle Association, Seattle Children's Hospital, the Sierra Club, Carpenter's Union Local 131, and others). The goal was to develop a proposed project list and spending plan for the revenues that were anticpated to be generated from the vehicle license fees that were under consideration at that time, review the City's transportation funding system to assess and quantify the revenue sources and needs for system preservation and enhancement, and evaluate and examine the potential for ballot measures asking Seattle voters to fund transportation projects.
