Scope and Contents Note

Moving images, both analog and digital collected by Councilmember Nick Licata's office during his tenure on Seattle City Council. Created by entities within and outside of the City, the videotapes contain interviews with Licata, as well as content related to relevant legislation and issues from his time on Council. Topics range from the Teen Dance Ordinance/All-Ages Dance Ordinance to the Monorail.

The majority of the footage is from programs and projects Licata created and worked on while serving on Council. Footage includes Words' Worth Poetry Readings, recordings documenting the Poet Populist program, the Seattle City Council Film Forum, and recordings related to his City Council committees.
