Created through Ordinance 123256, the City Light Review Panel was comprised of nine members drawn from different facets of City Light customers, from residential to commercial and industrial customers, as well as members of efficient energy advocacy organizations, advocates for low income customers, and so on. The purpose of the panel was to review and assess City Light's strategic plan, and to provide an opinion on the merits of the plan as well as future visions to the Mayor and City Council.
