Historical Note
Abel Pacheco was appointed to serve out Rob Johnson's City Council term after Johnson left his position early. Prior to his Council term, he worked at the Seattle Foundation, the Seattle Police Foundation, and the University of Washington's Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity. He studied political science at California State University Northridge and earned a Masters in Public Administration at the University of Washington's Evans School.
