Records documenting the work of the panel in their review of the SPU Strategic Business Plan. The first folders outline the panel's membership, roles, and work plan. The majority of the series consists of folders for each of the group's 27 meetings, including agendas, presentations, and background information. These meeting folders are filed chronologically.

Historical Note
The Customer Review Panel was established by Resolution 31429 to review the Seattle Public Utilities Strategic Business Plan and provide comments to the mayor and city council. The panel was made up of nine members representing both residential and commercial SPU customers with a range of viewpoints on services and rates. Five members were appointed by the mayor and four by city council. The panel was dissolved when the strategic plan was officially adopted by the council.
