Correspondence, publications, and promotional materials relating to the City's attempt to lure Chiyoda Chemical and Engineering Construction Company of Japan to build a plant in Seattle.

This project promoted and assisted the development of new and existing industries in Seattle and was designed to reduce model neighborhood unemployment.
