Scope and Contents note This project was funded to create a comprehensive youth recreation program for approximately 15,000 model neighborhood youth with an emphasis on the older teen population. The project grew in scope in 1971 to include efforts to form a consortium of youth serving agencies to coordinate city-wide planning for all youth programs and to support youth advocacy.
