Topics include the education summit, joint use of school facilities, domestic partnerships, the Comprehensive Plan, the Housing Levy, public restrooms, Just Cause Eviction Ordinance amendments, and drug traffic loitering. Most of the education material predates Harris' tenure on the City Council.
