An Ordinance to regulate plumbing and gas and steam fitting in the City of Georgetown, providing for the issuance of permits therefor, for testing and inspecting the same and for fees to be charged for such inspection, providing for the condemnation of buildings and premises unfit for human habitation, and providing penalties for violations of the provisions of this ordinance.
