An Ordinance for the regulation, control and licensing of pool rooms where betting, wagering, speculation, pool selling, or book making upon any horse race, or the result thereof, is had, made, done or carried on, whether such race or races are run in this City or State, or elsewhere, and providing a penalty for the unlawful carrying on of such businesses and for the violation of this Ordinance.

An Ordinance amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. 33 of the City of Georgetown, by inserting an annual license fee therein and repealing said original Section 2 of Ordinance No. 33.
