Transcript of: Miss Lou Graham requested that the sidewalk be widened in front of her building located at South Fourth Street and Washington Street. The Board of Public Works recommended that the petition not be gratned because it would necessitate a change in planking on the street. The Committee on Streets concurred with the Board of Public Works. That report was adopted.
