This series includes general correspondence from councilmember David Della and his Legislative Assistants. It contains internal and external correspondence revolving around the business of the city council.

Scope and Contents note The Subject Files of David Della contain records to his tenure as a member of Seattle City Council. The largest quantity of records relate to Parks, specifically the Woodland Park Zoo and its long-range plans and issues surrounding the parking garage, and the development of Warren Magnuson Park.
