Biographical Note
William Earl Millikin was elected Mayor at a special election in 1941 to fill the vacancy left when Arthur Langlie became Governor. Millikin served 15 months. His mayoral records are a small portion of a larger ca_collections.idno of personal papers located at the University of Washington.
