An Ordinance providing for a purchasing agent for the City of Ballard repealing Section one of an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to regulate the purchasing of supplies and materials for use of the town and the auditing of bills for current expenses, being Ordinance No. 15 of said town now City of Ballard.

An Ordinance amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. 33 of the City of Georgetown, by inserting an annual license fee therein and repealing said original Section 2 of Ordinance No. 33.

An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 435, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the city attorney of the City of Ballard to accept warrants upon local improvement funds in satisfaction of assessments for local improvements", passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor on the 14th ay of May, 1901.

An Ordinance to regulate plumbing and gas and steam fitting in the City of Georgetown, providing for the issuance of permits therefor, for testing and inspecting the same and for fees to be charged for such inspection, providing for the condemnation of buildings and premises unfit for human habitation, and providing penalties for violations of the provisions of this ordinance.

An Ordinance declaring the Georgetown Herald to be the official newspaper of the City of Georgetown.

An Ordinance amending section three (3) of an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance regulating the keeping of dogs, imposing a license tax and providing a penalty."

An Ordinance prescribing the method by which assessment districts are to be established for the construction of sewers or drains when the expense thereof is to charged to the property benefitted, and prescribing the method of levy of assessment and the payment thereof.

An Ordinance to regulate the manner and form of making, approving and filling plats of additions or subdivisions of land within the city, and plats of additions to the City of Ballard within and without the city.

An Ordinance to amend section four (4) of Ordinance No. 253, entitled "An Ordinance relating to, and providing for, the collection of costs and assessments for local improvements by a new assessment or reassessment of the costs and expenses of making the said local improvements in the City of Ballard".

An Ordinance to prevent the introduction and spreading of contagious diseases and providing a penalty for the violation thereof.

An Ordinance limiting the time in which claims for damages for personal injuries, or for injuries to property must be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Ballard, and repealing Ordinance No. 430, entitled "An Ordinance limiting the time in which claims for damages must be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Ballard, Washington", approved May 7, 1901.

An Ordinance to amend section ten (X) of Ordinance No. 554, entitled "An Ordinance regulating and licensing the sale of intoxicating liquors" passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor September 23,1902.

An ordinance to amend Section I of Ordinance No. 630, entitled "An Ordinance limiting the time in which claims for damages for personal injuries, or for injuries to property must be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Ballard, and repealing Ordinance No. 430, entitled "An Ordinance limiting the time in which claims for damages must be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Ballard, Washington", approved May 7, 1901."

An Ordinance providing for the grading, grubbing, guttering, paving, repairing, repaving, planking, replanking of streets or other improvements thereof authorized by law within the City of Ballard, and providing for the levying and collection of special assessments therefor, upon the property benefitted thereby, and the issuance of bonds in payment thereof, payable in installments as provided by law, and repealing Ordinance No. 193.

An Ordinance limiting the time in which claims against the City of Ballard for the recovery of money must be filed with the city Clerk of said city.

An Ordinance prohibiting the expenditure of money in excess of the amount levied for any particular purpose.

An Ordinance fixing the details and form of the water works bonds of the City of Ballard, Washington, to the amount of $25,000, provided for by Ordinance No. 796, and authorized by vote of the qualified voters of said city voting at a special election held on August 20, 1904.
