The bulk of the records are for the Civic Auditorium, Coliseum, and parking facilities. Most of the records date from the World's Fair and immediate post-fair development.

Specifications and bid documents for public works projects in Seattle or on City owned land. Often includes plans and contracts. Includes materials on Skagit River Power Project, Cedar River Watershed, Woodland and Jefferson Parks, Seattle Center facilities, Seattle Public Library, Tolt River Watershed, selected City office buildings, Model City projects, and other City sites. Records have been sampled.
