Description
A promotional film produced by Seattle City Light relating to the Skagit Hydroelectric Project. Follows the Skagit Project Tour: leaves Rockport by train, visiting the JD Ross Rock Garden, Diablo plant and dam, the Diablo Lake tour on Alice Ross and horseback riding. Electrical generation of the facilities is explained. Footage also includes flora & fauna, snow, and mountains.
