The film explains what is meant by electric power, shows how electricity travels to and through our homes, and illustrates electrical hazards and safety precautions A Portafilms Production. This reel only contained the first part of the 9 minute, 26 second film.
Electric Safety from A to Zap! (1972), a promotional comic book distributed by various electrical power generating companies, and published by Custom Comics; "Animated portrayal of a world of kilowatts at work for people -against a backdrop of potential consequences of mixing carelessness with electric power. Features an accident-prone cat, who couldn't remember to couple caution with common sense when dealing with electrical matters, and her unshocked savior, a small and wire-wise mouse." Two copies of the film and one VHS are cataloged in WorldCat.
