A silent documentary style program on the construction of the Diablo Dam, part of the Skagit Hydroelectric Project run by Seattle City Light. Footage includes construction of the Diablo Dam Powerplant, erecting generators and transmission lines, spillways, Diablo Lake, Colonial Peak, North Cascade Mountains, Skagit River, the City Light facilities in SoDo, workers in line outside of a building at the Diablo Camp, Diablo Incline, a ferry boat next to the Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK) Line building, Washington Iron Works, and a woman in the woods near the Skagit Hydroelectric facilities petting a fawn.
