B-roll footage recorded by the Seattle Engineering Department of traffic circles for use in a narrative short documenting traffic safety improvements. For final video, please see Item 787. Scenes include various shots of 4-way stops pre-construction and after installation, traffic along neighborhood streets, cars going through various intersections/navigating around traffic circles, close aerial shots of Interstate-5, views of the mountains and water, and the Seattle skyline. Locations include North 42nd Street & Meridian Avenue North, SW Thistle, I-5 looking north near the Seneca Street exit, East Galer Street, looking south along I-5 with heavy traffic, and panning shots of the skyline in the Ballard and Interbay neighborhoods. Buildings featured include Columbia Tower, Seattle Municipal Tower (during construction, including close-up shots of cranes and construction work), Wells Fargo Center, Bank of America Fifth Avenue Plaza, King County Administration, King County Courthouse, and King County Jail.
