Locations include Pine and 4th, 4th and Jackson, Fremont and University Bridges, N 34th St, Smith Cove, and the Juanita Gravel Plant.
Shots include a policeman directs traffic at 4th and Jackson outside of King Street Station (a sign for the "New Olympian" can be seen in the background). Gas shovel in operation at the Jackson Street Slide. Dump trucks and operations at the Juanita Gravel Plant, including loading a ramp at Juanita Bay. Various traffic scenes and bridge operations with cars and streetcars. People swimming at Green Lake Park.
