Mayor Bruce Harrell celebrates the expansion of Seattle's CARE (Community Assisted Response and Engagement) department's Community Crisis Responders to neighborhoods in South and Southwest Seattle. The Mayor is joined by City and community leaders and discusses progress on the CARE expansion plan, what it means for neighborhoods, and the vision for the continued growth of the department and responder program.
