Skagit Project Scrapbooks
Skagit River Railway Survey Books
Transit books, level books, and peg books of levels compiled by city engineers during surveys of the Skagit River Railway. Also includes survey books of east side transmission lines of the Skagit River Power Project. Books contain surveyors notes and drawings. F.F. Nicholas was project engineer. Volume Five of the Level Books includes cover title "Precise Levels Diablo to Rip Raps."
