An ordinance dividing the city of Southeast Seattle, Washington into three wards

An ordinance dividing the City of Columbia into wards, designating the number of councilmen to be elected from each ward, and the manner of their election.

An ordinance providing for the improvement of F Street in the City of Columbia from the center line of Milton Street, western end to the west line of Tennyson Street, by clearing, grubbing, grading, and planking under the five-year bonding system and the payment of the cost thereof by means of local assessment.

An ordinance providing for the improvement of M Street, in the City of Columbia, from the eastern boundary of Milton-Noble Street to the shore of Lake Washington, by clearing, grubbing, grading and planking, under the five-year bonding system and the payment of the cost thereof by means of local assessment.

An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 9 of the City of Columbia, being an ordinance entitled "An ordinance providing for the improvement of M Street, in the City of Columbia, from the eastern boundary of Milton-Noble Street to the shore of lake Washington, by clearing, grubbing, grading, and planking, under the five-year bonding system, and the payment of the cost thereof by means of local assessment", and providing for the abandonment of said proposed improvement.

An ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 4, for the improvement of F Street in the City of Columbia from the center line of Milton Street, western end, to the west line of Tennyson Street, under Ordinance No. 8, and levying and assessing the amount thereof against the lots, parcels, and subdivisions of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.

An ordinance vacating all of that certain alley extending through Block (4) four in Montana Addition to the City of Columbia, King County, Washington according to the recorded plat thereof.

An ordinance authorizing and directing the issuance of local improvement bonds for the improvement of F Street in the City of Columbia, from the center line of Milton Street western end to the west line of Tennyson Street, by clearing, grubbing, grading and planking, under Ordinance No. 8 of the City of Columbia.

An ordinance providing for the improvement of M Street in the City of Columbia, from the center line of Milton-Noble Street to the western boundary of Holmes Street, by clearing, grubbing, grading and planking, under the five-year bonding system, and the payment of the cost thereof by means of local assessment.

An ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 6 for the improvement of M Street in the City of Columbia from the center line of Milton-Noble Street to the western boundary of Holmes Street, under Ordinance No. 24, and levying and assessing the amounts thereof against the lots, parcels, and subdivisions of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
